Our Capabilities

Mobile 3D Scanning

This is where everything starts. We bring professional-grade 3D scanning equipment directly to your location and capture your object, component, or space with high accuracy.

No need to dismantle, ship, or drop off anything. We come to you, on-site at your workshop, yard, or premises, and handle the capture from start to finish.

What we deliver:

  • High-accuracy 3D mesh files of your object or component

  • Clean, detailed geometry ready for design work or direct use

  • Scan data in standard formats compatible with major CAD and mesh software

What we can scan:

  • Vehicle panels, engine bay components, and custom fabrications

  • Machinery parts, brackets, mounts, and assemblies

  • Prototypes, existing products, and one-off pieces

  • Complex or irregular shapes that are difficult to measure conventionally

3D Design & Reverse Engineering

Once we have your scan, we can take it further. Our design service turns raw scan data into clean, intent-driven CAD models, ready for fabrication, modification, or further development.

This is the step between "we have a scan" and "we have something we can build from."

What we can do with your scan:

  • Reverse engineer a part that no longer has drawings or a digital file

  • Design a custom component that fits precisely to your scanned geometry

  • Model a modified or improved version of an existing part

  • Create production-ready files for laser cutting, CNC, or 3D printing

Deliverables in your preferred format:

  • STEP or IGES for CAD and machining workflows

  • DXF or DWG for laser and plasma cutting

  • STL or 3MF for 3D printing

  • Fabrication drawings on request

3D Printing

Need to hold it in your hands before you commit? We offer 3D printing for prototypes and one-off parts, giving you a fast, affordable way to validate a design before fabrication.

Whether it's a part we've designed for you or a file you've already got, we can print it.

Best suited for:

  • Prototyping and fit-checking before committing to fabrication

  • One-off custom parts that don't justify tooling or machining costs

  • Visual and functional test pieces

  • Customer-supplied files: bring your STL and we'll print it
